Program Overview

My Sister’s House for Girls (MSHFG) provides a holistic and comprehensive mentoring program for girls. The MSHFG program focuses on providing exposure to new experiences and building symbolic relationships with women in their community. The program seeks to assist youth in building upon their strengths and tapping into their hidden potential to unveil limitless opportunities.

My Sister’s House for Girls program has three unique components:

MSHFG Safe Havens – Therapeutic Residential Placements
MSHFG Signature Programming – Mentor & Mentee Program
MSHFG Significant Events – Saving Our Sisters (S.O.S)

My Sister’s House for Girls Safe Havens:

MSHFG will provide a therapeutic and social environment in which at-risk youth and their families will address issues that negatively impact their relationships and if left untreated will prevent reunification plus hinder the youth’s potential for independence and success.

Our mission is to create and maintain a safe, nurturing group that meets the specialized needs of at-risk youth and their families with a continuum of services in a nurturing and culturally appropriate environment through a well-managed partnership of organizations and key stakeholders.

To address the increasing statistics of adolescent youth who are runaways within our society the MSHFG Signature program provides:
